Left 4 sleeps on Intel notebook x4500mHD

This is the Left 4 Dead on my Toshiba L305 Intel x4500mhd only have 2GB RAM and GPU is traveling down a lot because mem problem, I read another vid when I have 4 gigabytes in your notebook should increase the FPS. it'playing 640x480 with most settings low Fraps runing I geting 10fps, but without solid 15 and then 20 in some places, which should help even if a new pam.
