Left 4 slept on Intel laptop x4500mHD

This is a Left 4 Dead on my Toshiba L305 Intel x4500mhd that has only 2 GB of RAM, so it prevents the GPU a lot, because on my problem, I reloaded another vid when I was 4 gigabytes into a laptop should increase FPS. it'playing at 640x480 with most settings low Fraps runing I am geting 10FPS, but without a solid 15 and then 20 in some places, the new meme that should help though.
